Its Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the heart of the Napa Valley's best grape estates. Its un-oaked Chardonnay comes from the heart of Carneros where it captures flavors and depth missing in other non-oaked wines. |  Civello's specialty is a white wine that is always fresh and luscious. When Pinot Gris is allowed to ripen it becomes a rich, sensual wine. Sexier than Pinot Grigio and naughtier than Chardonnay, Civello Pinot Gris compliments a hot day or spicy dishes. |
